About Antwerp, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!
Antwerp is a Paulding County, Ohio village with a population of approximately 1,800 residents. It is situated along the Maumee River, and Antwerp is the closest village to the Six Mile Reservoir, which is the location of the 1887 Reservoir War. The village is named after the Belgian city Antwerp, and it is the birthplace of famous checkers player Asa Long. As part of a humid continental climate zone, precipitation and temperature vary greatly in Antwerp. Spring and summer are the wettest months, and the winter receives an average of about 37 inches of snow per season.
Antwerp is a small village, but there are a few attractions and things to do that are located here. Families often enjoy visiting Antwerp Alleys to do some bowling, and antique lovers might like to check out Antwerp Sales – Nick’s Nostalgia, which sells vintage signs, gas pumps, and memorabilia. The Keystone Salon is a great place to spend a day of pampering, and flowers and gifts can be purchased at Marilyn’s Petals and Vines.
